Mediation Fees

Mr. Rosenberg is available for half day and full day mediations. For two party auto or premises liability cases, Mr. Rosenberg is available for a three hour mediation. Payment for the time reserved is required in advance of the mediation. There is no administrative fee. Mediations may be rescheduled without penalty so long as Mr. Rosenberg is notified at least 7 days in advance.

Mediation Location

The mediation may be held in Mr. Rosenberg’s office, if the parties so desire. If the parties are agreeable to having the mediation at one of their offices, Mr. Rosenberg is willing to travel to accommodate the parties.
